Everyone pays for himself. The organizer creates the event, builds the look and sends each groomsman a personal invite link. Each man picks his own size, pays for his own bundle and has it shipped to his own address. The organizer never collects money and never fronts the cost, which is the part that usually goes wrong in a group chat.
Groomsmen in different states order exactly the same way as groomsmen in the same town. The organizer watches who has ordered and who has not from a single dashboard, so the chasing is done from one screen instead of ten text threads.
At 7 or more, the organizer's suit is covered. When 7 or more participants all complete payment, the organizer receives a credit toward his own suit matching the price point most of the group chose. It arrives by email once everyone has paid and is redeemable after the event.
