Thank you for your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, you may return your item for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. Please review our return policy below for details.

Terms with capitalized initials are defined as follows, regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural forms.

  • Service: Refers to the Suitcentury website, suitcentury.com.
  • Goods: Items offered for sale on our Service.
  • Orders: Requests made by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of delivery. Items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at [email protected] immediately for further assistance. Please keep the product in its original condition, and consider making an unboxing video when opening the package for the first time, ensuring it is unedited and continuous.

Return Eligibility

You can return an item if:

  • The product was received damaged or defective.
  • The wrong product was received.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The request is made after 30 days from delivery.
  • An incorrect shipping address was provided.
  • The item is missing original packaging, tags, or labels.
  • The item has been altered, used, or damaged intentionally.
  • The return is for a complimentary or free product.
  • The reason for the return is personal preference, such as “I don’t like the product” or “Product no longer needed.”

Return Processing Time

Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7 business days. Please allow for possible delays; rest assured your refund is prioritized.

To initiate a return, contact customer service at [email protected] with your concern, order number, and unboxing video. After obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, securely pack the item in its original packaging and mail it to the following address:

Notes:

  • Return shipping charges will be reimbursed by us, and a prepaid shipping label is included in the package.
  • Do not return the package without our confirmation, as unauthorized returns may be rejected.

Disclaimer: All return claims are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to reject claims if damage is observed beyond what was shown in the unboxing video, or if items appear used or tampered with.

Rules for Accepting Shipments

Before accepting any shipment, check that the packaging is not damaged or tampered with. If damaged, refuse delivery and take photos if possible. We will issue a refund for refused deliveries. Accepting a visibly tampered package is at your own risk.

Repeated Return Requests

  • We may impose charges for repeated returns to cover delivery costs.
  • We reserve the right to mark products as ineligible for return if there is a history of excessive returns.
  • The risk of returned items is your responsibility. Returns will only be processed if they meet the above conditions. If a return does not pass verification, it will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return request with the necessary photo or video documentation, we will process your refund. Please allow at least seven (7) business days for the refund to process. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.

Alternatively, you may choose to receive store credits.

Notes:

  • Partial returns are eligible for partial refunds.
  • Store credits are non-refundable and can only be used on our website.

Cancellations

Customer-Initiated Cancellations: If we receive your cancellation request before shipping, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled and will follow the normal return process.

Company-Initiated Cancellations: We may cancel orders at our discretion, for reasons such as limited product availability or pricing errors. If we cancel your order, we will notify you, and any charges will be refunded.
