Refund Policy

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email our customer service team at info@suitcentury.com with your concern, order number, and the product unboxing video. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item.

Important Notes:

  • We will reimburse return shipping charges. A prepaid shipping label is included in your package.
  • Do not send your package without receiving confirmation from us. If you do, your return request may be rejected, and no refund or replacement will be provided.

DISCLAIMER: Our dedicated team will review all return claims. Their decision on your return request is final. We may reject the return if the product is damaged beyond what was shown in the unboxing video or if it is found to be used or tampered with. If your return request is rejected, no exchange or refund will be issued.


RULES FOR ACCEPTING SHIPMENTS

Before accepting the delivery of any product, please ensure that the product's packaging is not damaged or tampered with. If you notice any damage or tampering, refuse delivery and, if possible, take photos of the packaging to send to us. We will issue a refund upon confirmation of such refused delivery. If you choose to accept the package, you do so at your own risk.


REPEATED RETURN REQUESTS

We reserve the right to impose charges to cover delivery costs if we observe a pattern of repeated returns. We may also make products ineligible for return or exchange if there is a history of repeated returns. The liability and risk of such returns lie with you, and replacement will only be initiated if the returned product passes our verification and inspection process. If the product fails verification, it will be shipped back to you at your expense.


REFUNDS

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least seven (7) business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your credit card company, refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.

  • Partial Returns: Partial returns will result in partial refunds.
  • Store Credits: You can choose to receive store credits instead of a refund. Store credits cannot be converted to cash and can only be used for purchases on our website.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations by You

If you wish to cancel your order and it has not yet been shipped or dispatched, we will cancel the order immediately and issue a full refund to your original payment method. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot approve the cancellation request, and the product will follow the normal return process.

Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to cancel an order at our sole discretion. This may occur under certain circumstances, such as:

  • Limitations on quantities available for purchase.
  • Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.
  • Requirement for additional verification or information before accepting an order.

If your order is canceled, we will notify you and reverse the charges to your original payment method.
