Refund & Return Policy

At Suit Century (operated by TechTailor LLC), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

1. Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn — never worn outside of briefly trying on at home. Items showing signs of wear — including but not limited to deodorant marks, cologne or perfume scent, pet hair, stains, wrinkles from extended wear, or sole scuffing on shoes — will not be accepted.
  • Unaltered — no tailoring, hemming, or modifications of any kind.
  • Unwashed — not laundered or dry cleaned.
  • In original condition — all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been altered or tailored in any way.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items returned without original tags, labels, or packaging.
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window.
  • Complimentary or free promotional items.
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the product type:

For items where we cover return shipping, a prepaid shipping label will be provided when your return is approved.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges on all eligible products within the 30-day return window. The replacement item will be shipped once we receive and inspect the original item.

Exchange shipping costs follow the same structure as returns:

If the replacement item is a different price than the original, the difference will be charged or refunded accordingly. Exchanges are limited to one per item — if the second item also doesn't work, it must follow the standard return process.

6. How to Start a Return or Exchange

Registered Customers

Log in to your account, go to My Orders, and submit a return or exchange request directly from your order details page.

Guest Customers

Visit our Returns & Exchanges page, enter your order number and email address to look up your order, and submit your request from there.

What Happens Next

  1. Submit your request through one of the methods above.
  2. We review and approve — you'll receive an email with your RMA number and return instructions. For eligible items, we'll also include a prepaid return label.
  3. Ship the item — pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your RMA number.
  4. Inspection and processing — once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund, exchange, or store credit.

Important: Do not return items without first receiving an RMA number. Unauthorized returns will not be processed and will be returned to sender at the customer's expense.

Risk During Return Transit

When you ship a return using your own shipping method, you are responsible for the shipment until it is received at our facility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your tracking number. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit when shipped by the customer.

When we provide a prepaid return label, Suit Century bears the risk during transit. The shipment is covered by the carrier's standard liability.

8. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • It may take an additional 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Original Shipping Fee

If you paid a shipping fee at checkout, it will only be refunded if you return all items from the order. If you return some items and keep others, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), the shipping fee is always refunded.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is refunded proportionally with the returned items.

Buy Now, Pay Later (Klarna, Affirm)

If you paid using a Buy Now, Pay Later service (Klarna, Affirm), your refund will be processed through the original BNPL provider. The provider will adjust your remaining installments or issue a credit accordingly. Refund timing may differ from standard credit card refunds and is subject to the BNPL provider's processing schedule. If you have questions about your installment balance during a refund, please contact the BNPL provider directly.

Store Credit

You may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund. Store credits do not expire, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. They can be used on any future purchase on our website.

9. Partial Returns

If you purchased a bundle or multiple items, you may return individual items. A partial refund will be calculated based on the discounted price of the returned item. For example, if you purchased a bundle at a 25% discount, each returned item is refunded at 25% off its individual retail price — not at the full retail price.

10. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.
  • A description of the problem.

For damaged or wrong items, we cover all return shipping costs regardless of product type, and will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Important: If you received a wrong or defective item and have already altered it, contact us before returning. Altered items are generally non-returnable, but we will evaluate defective/wrong item claims on a case-by-case basis. We strongly recommend inspecting all items before making any alterations.

11. Cancellations

Before Shipment

If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel it for a full refund. Contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible.

After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may return it following the standard return process outlined above.

12. Repeated Returns

We want every customer to be happy with their purchase. However, we reserve the right to:

  • Limit return privileges for accounts with an excessive return history.
  • Charge restocking or shipping fees for repeated returns beyond normal use.

13. Accepting Deliveries

When receiving your package, please check that the outer packaging is not visibly damaged or tampered with. If the packaging appears damaged upon delivery, you may refuse the shipment. Please take photos if possible and contact us. We will arrange a replacement or refund for refused shipments due to visible damage.
