Delivery

When will I get my order?

Orders typically take 7-10 business days to process before shipping. Occasionally, some orders may ship later than expected. In such cases, the estimated delivery date presented at checkout will consider the actual ship date.

Shipping Partners

Once shipped, delivery times will be provided by the respective courier service.

High Order Volume

If we experience high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you of any significant shipment delays, and we appreciate your patience in such instances.

Do you offer FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Currently, we only ship within the United States, but we plan to expand our services internationally in the future.

What if my order is delayed?

If your delivery is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible with a revised estimated delivery date.

I entered the wrong address at checkout. Can I change it?

If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately at [email protected] to request an address update. If the order has already shipped, we cannot change the address. No refund will be issued in case of an incorrect address. For more information, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before contacting us, please follow these steps:

  • Check the shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Contact your local post office to check if they have your package.
  • Ask your neighbors if the courier may have left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct and the package was not left at the post office or with neighbors, reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number.

If you discover a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order; however, shipping will be at your own cost.

Important:

  • We cannot provide a replacement if you entered the wrong delivery address when placing the order.
  • We will send a free replacement only if the error was on our end.

How do I track my order?

I received a wrong or damaged product. What should I do?

We apologize if you received a wrong or damaged item. Please email [email protected] within 30 days with photos or videos of the product, your order number, and any other relevant information. We will respond with a resolution as soon as possible.
