Interpretation

Words with the initial letter capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall apply equally to the singular and plural forms.

"Service" refers to the Website.
"Website" refers to the Suitcentury website, accessible at http://suitcentury.com.
"Goods" refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
"Orders" mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Delivery

When Will I Receive My Order?

Typically, it takes 7-10 working days to process an order before it is shipped out.

Exceptions: In certain circumstances, your order may be shipped out later than ten (10) days. If this occurs, the estimated delivery date provided at checkout will reflect the actual ship date.

We offer the following courier options:

FedEx
UPS
USPS

The shipping time will be communicated to you by the courier company when your order is shipped.

High Volume Orders: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your shipment.

Delivery Delays: Occasionally, delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

Do You Offer Free Shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

Do You Ship Outside of the United States?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We plan to expand our services to other nations in the future.

Order Issues

What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?

If your delivery is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated estimated delivery date.

Can I Change My Address After Placing an Order?

If your order is still in the processing phase, we can update your address. Please contact us immediately at info @suitcentury.com. However, if the order has already been shipped, we cannot make any changes.

Note: No refund will be issued for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you. For more details, please refer to our Return and Refund policy.

My Order Should Have Arrived, But I Haven’t Received It. What Should I Do?

Before contacting us, please:

Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
Visit your local post office to see if they have your package.
Ask your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If your shipping address was correct and the package was not left at the post office or with your neighbors, contact us at info @suitcentury.com with your order number.

Note:

If the delivery address you provided was incorrect, we can send you a replacement order, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
We will only send a free replacement if the mistake was on our end.

How Do I Track My Order?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If you have any questions regarding your tracking or shipment, please contact us at info @suitcentury.com.

What If I Received a Wrong or Damaged Product?

We apologize if the product you received is incorrect or damaged. To resolve this quickly, please email us at [email protected] within thirty (30) days with:

Photos or videos of the damaged product.
Your order number.
Any additional details regarding your order.

We will respond with a resolution as soon as possible.
