At Suit Century (operated by TechTailor LLC), we want your order to arrive quickly and safely. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship.

1. Shipping Rates

During peak seasons (prom season, wedding season, holidays), standard processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

The expedited fee is non-refundable if your order is delivered within the stated expedited timeframe. If your expedited order is not delivered within the 1–4 business day delivery window after shipment, contact us and we will evaluate a refund of the expedited fee on a case-by-case basis.

3. Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). The shipping method is selected based on your order size and location to ensure reliable delivery.

4. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times listed above are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery depends on the carrier and your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Shipping Area

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime on our Track My Order page.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you realize you entered an incorrect address:

  • Before shipment: Contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will update your address.
  • After shipment: We cannot change the shipping address once the package is in transit. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it at your expense.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. High Order Volume

During peak periods, processing and shipping may take longer than usual. If your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you by email with a revised estimated delivery date.

9. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos or video of the damaged/incorrect item.
  • A description of the issue.

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund at no additional cost to you. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

10. Lost Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Check around your delivery area, mailbox, porch, and with neighbors.
  2. Wait 24–48 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before the final drop-off.
  3. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to open an investigation and file a claim.

Lost package claims must be resolved between the customer and the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages that the carrier confirms as delivered. We can provide order details and shipment information to assist you with your carrier claim upon request.

For orders over $200, we may require signature confirmation at delivery. If signature confirmation is required, you will be notified in your shipping confirmation email.

11. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability and warehouse location. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment. There is no additional charge for split shipments.

12. Group Event Orders

For group event orders (weddings, proms, etc.), each participant's order is processed and shipped individually. We strongly recommend that all participants place their orders at least 3–4 weeks before the event date to allow sufficient time for processing, shipping, and any potential sizing adjustments. We are not responsible for orders that arrive late due to last-minute placement.
