Returns
- Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be unaltered, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags must be attached
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Refunds processed within 5-10 business days after inspection
- Prepaid return label provided upon approval
Exchanges
- Exchange for a different size at no extra cost
- Provide your new measurements during the request
- Replacement item ships once we receive and inspect the original
- Free shipping on all exchange replacements
- Same 30-day window applies
- One exchange per order
Non-Returnable Items
- Items altered or tailored after delivery
- Items with stains, odors, or signs of wear
- Items without original tags
- Socks and undergarments (hygiene reasons)
- Items purchased on final sale or clearance

Where can I find my Order ID?
Your Order ID was included in your confirmation email. It's a 10-character code (e.g. S2VKX4FVOP). Check your inbox or spam folder for an email from Suitcentury.
How long does the return process take?
Once we receive your item, our team inspects it within 1-3 business days. Refunds are then processed within 5-10 business days. Exchanges ship within 3-5 business days after inspection.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
No. Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply pack the items, attach the label, and drop it off at the carrier.
Can I exchange for a completely different product?
Exchanges are for size changes only (same product, different size). If you'd like a different product, please submit a return and place a new order.
What if my item arrived damaged or defective?
Select "Defective / Damaged" as the reason and describe the issue. We prioritize these requests and will resolve them as quickly as possible.
How can I track my return status?
